Returns & Exchanges

At Adour.pk, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos of the item you wish to return.

• 2.
  Package the Item

  Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition with all tags intact and placed back in its original Adour.pk packaging.

• 3.
  Ship Back to Us

  Once your request is approved, dispatch the parcel through any traceable courier service to our designated returns warehouse address.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method or bank account.
